Deep cleaning is a detailed, every nook and crany type of clean, which includes baseboard and typically cleaning inside of appliances and windows.  We always start our new clients with a deep clean to ensure we bring the house up to our standard level of cleaning. Standard cleaning is designed for regular upkeep and focuses on the most lived-in areas of your space.

Yes! We bring our own cleaning supplies and all the necessary equipment to ensure we get the job done. However, if you have products that you love and that you’d like for us to use, we’ll be happy to oblige.

The number of cleaners depends on the size of your home and the type of service scheduled. Most cleanings are completed by one or two cleaners to ensure the work is done efficiently without feeling rushed.

Whenever possible, we aim to keep the same cleaner or team assigned to your home to ensure consistency and familiarity with your space. If a change is ever needed due to scheduling or availability, we’ll communicate clearly in advance.

Once you’re signed up with us, we keep your cleaning appointment on a consistent schedule—typically the same day and time for each visit. While rare, timing may occasionally shift due to unforeseen circumstances, and we’ll always communicate with you in advance if that happens.

We understand that plans change. Just let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or skip a visit, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Yes. Many of our clients work from home. Many of our clients also have babies/kids at home, or furry friends. We’re always mindful, respectful, and happy to work around meetings or specific rooms if needed.

We recommend light tidying—such as clearing countertops or floors—so our team can focus on cleaning rather than organizing. This helps ensure the best possible results.

We love pets and are happy to clean homes with them. But not all the pets love loud noises or new people in the house. We just ask that pets are secured if they may be anxious or curious while we’re cleaning.

We offer flexible payment options and work with our clients to find what’s most convenient. Pricing is always transparent—there are never any surprises. You’ll know the full cost upfront, whether it’s your first cleaning or part of an ongoing recurring service.

We send detailed email confirmations with the full scope of work, scheduled date and time, and agreed-upon pricing. You’ll also receive text reminders, a notification when we’re on our way, and updates when we start and finish the job—so you’re always in the loop.
